When we did make it to our family (so hard not to dig in on the ride over from the delicious smells), the food did not disappoint!!! “ Looking at the photos of the biscuits served at Seaview Biscuit Company, we couldn't help but to be skeptical of the biscuits served here, given how wan and bready they looked. Could they actually be any good? We stopped by Seaview Biscuit Company on a Sunday morning to answer that question. When we pulled into the small gravel parking lot, we noted that the parking spots were a bit difficult to get in and out, especially since a large pickup was blocking the first spot! Upon entering the establishment, we found just how popular this place is. Even though it was the start of winter and there was a downpour outside, the place was packed full of patrons enjoying their food. We ordered at the register and took the very last table. The food took about 10 or 15 minutes to come out and soon afterwards, we began chowing down. 2 Biscuit and Gravy ($7.99) - Twice the amount of food for 2/3 the price of a single biscuit and gravy in Olympia? Yes please. The two biscuits are generously sized, cut in half and doused with a large amount of sausage gravy. The biscuits are quite good, very fluffy, and toasted on the inside with butter to give more richness and texture. They aren't layered or flaky at all, but are well formed and don't exhibit any floury taste (that I had in the biscuit in Olympia). They don't add any egg wash, resulting in a biscuit that has no trace of gloss on the top. Perhaps I've lived outside of the South for too long, but I found this biscuit to be pretty solid, and fantastic for this region. Moving on, the gravy is reddish in color, indicating the presence of a spicy element that tingles the mouth a bit. The sausage isn't as broken down as most other sausage gravies, so it still has a bit of a textural bite. I found the gravy to be perhaps a bit on the floury side, resulting in a bit of grittiness while eating. It's a good sausage gravy to accompany the biscuits, but is nowhere near best in class. (4/5) Fried Chicken Sandwich, Brunch ($11.99) - A slab of fried, breaded chicken breast, lettuce, and pickles are sandwiched between two cut halves of a biscuit. The chicken is white meat, but it's decently moist for this cut. It's breaded with a coarse rub that isn't that evenly applied, resulting in some areas that are crunchier than others. There's plenty of lettuce included, perhaps too much for the sandwich, and two pickles, sliced on a bias, which add an additional fresh acidic crunch to balance out the richness of the biscuit and chicken breading. The biscuit halves are slathered with a sweet and spicy sauce hot honey sauce. The taste reminds me a little of Thai sweet chili, with a bit less of the allium elements. Quite good. (4/5) Biscuit Donuts ($3.50) - An order comes with two biscuit donuts that are light and fluffy but not quite as much as a perfect yeast donut. The interiors are exceptionally moist and not crumbly at all, giving them a chew and crumb that are quite unlike any other donut: cake, yeast, or mochi. They are dusted with cinnamon and sugar, giving the the perfect sweetness level. They come steaming hot and almost burned my mouth on the first bite. Overall a very unique and delicious donut. “ It was a different experience for us. You order at the front as you walk in. The biscuits seem like a recipe of butter biscuits I once saw. They were hot, sweet, and buttery. I had a simple biscuit with scrambled eggs with Tilamook cheese. Extremely delicious with a very good pricing. You could almost eat two breakfast meals, because it's that good. They will make your coffee and cocoa there and they bring you your order when ready. Seating for 42 at a time. Seemed to be rather quiet in spite of being almost full. Quick service with good food is always a comfort. I was going to include a picture but when the food arrived I lost control. ”

“ This is a great little place to get breakfast or brunch. It was the right amount of food before a beach adventure. The biscuits are made daily and all the ingredients are fresh. We got BLT with egg and the bacon breakfast sandwiches. Both were excellent and went down amazingly fast. We took drip coffee back to the hotel to help get ready for our walk. I enjoyed everything and would definitely come back. ”

We ordered a *white mocha breve- deliciously sweet and creamy with a strong hit of caffeine, best one we've had in town *biscuits and gravy with potatoes- Peppery rich gravy with super duper fluffy biscuits. My boyfriend finished the whole plate *rosemary chicken plate comes with eggs, a side (I chose potatoes) and biscuits and gravy. Amazing value and the flavors blew me away. The chicken is deep fried and nicely seasoned. It was juicy piece of chicken with an outstanding crunch. It was so good, we were fork wrestling for the last bite lol. Cashier was the sweetest and very welcoming. She's the one who made the coffee and props to her! Restaurant was clean and there's a restroom. Has a small parking lot and heard it can get pretty busy during the summer. ”

The biscuit sandwiches are amazing and a lot of food, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the sausage gravy was amazing, and it is just one of those comfortable breakfast places.
